Greenbriar Management Services Limited is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14513761) with its registered office at Suite 11, York Chambers, 33 York Street, Wolverhampton, England, WV1 3RN. We are the data controller for personal data processed through the Aarohi platform.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

• Identity data: Full name, date of birth, gender, photograph
• Contact data: Email address, phone number, city
• Verification data: Government ID document (encrypted), employment information
• Profile data: Bio, preferences, relationship intent
• Transaction data: Payment records (card details are not stored - processed by Stripe), credits purchased and spent
• Usage data: Login activity, feature usage, match activity
• Communications: In-app messages, support tickets

3. How We Use Your Data

• To verify your identity and maintain platform safety
• To provide the matchmaking and introduction service
• To process payments and send receipts
• To send service-related communications (from @aarohi.club domain only)
• To comply with legal obligations
• To improve our service through anonymised analytics

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data on the following legal bases under UK GDPR and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023:

• Contract: Processing necessary to provide the service you subscribed to
• Legitimate interests: Platform safety, fraud prevention, service improvement
• Consent: Marketing communications (you can withdraw at any time)
• Legal obligation: KYC/AML compliance where required

5. Data Sharing

We share personal data only with:

• Payment processors: Stripe for payment processing only
• KYC providers: IDfy (India) and Shufti Pro (international) for identity verification only
• Cloud infrastructure: Supabase/AWS for secure hosting in India and EU regions
• Law enforcement: Only when legally required to do so

We do not share personal data with third parties for marketing, advertising, or data brokering purposes.

6. Your Rights

Under applicable law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data (right to be forgotten)
• Object to processing based on legitimate interests
• Data portability
• Withdraw consent at any time

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, data is removed within 30 days except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records retained for 7 years per UK law).

We use essential cookies for authentication and security, and analytics cookies (PostHog, self-hosted) for understanding how the platform is used. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
