1. Acceptance

By creating an account on Aarohi Club, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. These Terms apply to all users - women members and men members - in all markets.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old
You must be a genuine individual (no business or bot accounts)
You must provide accurate identity and personal information
You must not be located in a country subject to international sanctions

3. The Service

Aarohi Club provides a curated introduction and matchmaking service. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including matches, dates, or relationships. We facilitate introductions - the outcome of those introductions is between the individuals involved.

For men, access to the platform requires payment of applicable credits, package fees, or platform access fees. For women, core features are free. Paid upgrades are optional.

4. Credits and Payments

Aarohi Credits are the platform's in-app currency. Credits are purchased via Stripe. Credits are non-transferable between accounts. Credits do not expire while your account is active.

All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed in the currency of your selected market (INR, EUR, GBP, USD, or AED).

Promo codes may be entered at checkout. Promo codes are subject to individual terms and expiry dates. Only one promo code may be applied per purchase.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

Send unsolicited explicit content
Harass, threaten, or intimidate any member
Misrepresent your identity, profession, or relationship status
Use the platform for commercial solicitation or scams
Attempt to circumvent the platform to contact members outside it
Share another member's information without their consent
Create multiple accounts
Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers

Violations will result in immediate account suspension without refund. We reserve the right to report violations to relevant authorities where required by law.

6. Introduction Package Delivery

When you purchase an introduction package, we commit to delivering the specified number of curated introductions within the stated timeframe. Each introduction is delivered as a named profile dossier with a matchmaker note.

If we are unable to deliver introductions within the stated timeframe due to circumstances within our control, you are entitled to a full refund of the undelivered portion.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time via Settings. Upon closure, your data is deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
