Refund Policy

Credits Bundles

Unused credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase, provided that fewer than 10% of purchased credits have been spent. Refund amount is calculated pro-rata on the unused balance.

Credits that have been partially or fully spent are non-refundable.

Introduction Packages

Full refund available within 14 days of purchase if no introductions have been delivered yet.

If introductions have begun, a pro-rata refund is available for undelivered introductions (e.g. if you purchased an 8-introduction package and received 3, you are eligible for a refund of 5/8 of the purchase price).

If we fail to deliver introductions within the stated timeframe due to circumstances within our control, you are entitled to a full refund of the undelivered portion.

Platform Access Fees (Monthly)

Monthly access fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges - cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Event Tickets

Event tickets may be refunded up to 48 hours before the event start time. Tickets cancelled within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable. If Aarohi cancels an event, all ticket holders receive a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

Email billing@aarohi.club with your order reference and reason for refund. We process all refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
